Product introduction
The choice of pelletizing system is mainly based on manufacturability, economy, degree of automation and other special requirements. Jwell's standardized pelletizing method include strand cutting, air-cooled die surface hot cutting, water ring die surface hot cutting, underwater die surface hot cutting and eccentric water mist die surface hot cutting
Strand cutting is the most common cutting method, suitable for general materials, mainly including water-cooled strands, air-cooled strands, and underwater strands, The material is extruded by the main machine, cooled in the form of strips, and then entered into the pelletizer to be cut into particle shapes.
Air-cooled die surface hot cutting means that the material is cut into particles and then enters the air delivery system, and is cooled and shaped in the pipeline or cyclone separator.
Water ring die surface hot cutting means that the material is cut into particles in the air, and the melt particles are thrown into the water flow ring under the action of centrifugal force, and then enter the pipeline together with water to cool and shape.
Underwater die surface hot cutting means that the material is cut into particles in water, and directly follows the water flow into the pipeline for cooling and shaping.
Eccentric water mist die surface hot cutting means that the material is extruded by the screw through the short flow channel to the large template, and then cut into particles by the eccentric chopper, which is cooled and shaped in the water mist environment.
